– Six years (now retired) as Show and Barn Manager for Lucas County Agricultural Society Open Show barn. The number of show competitors increased by 34% yearly. With the number of barn exhibits increasing 150% from 2008 to 2013. All while cutting the department operating budget by 80% over five years.
